Serama bantam Gen or rooster

Hello every one I have two serama/bantam I'm not sure if this is hen or rooster but I'm going to say this is very slow grower

How old? My friend has two serama hens and when she got them I thought they were cockerels because they were showing so much comb. But, their combs where a yellow not red. By golly they were pullets.
