Serema bantam / crosses are allowed in also!

This thread is to show off and chat about Serema bantams!

This is my. Lil serama hen named Custard. She is 18 months old and is sitting on a couple of eggs she tricked me into letting her keep by mysteriously laying them several days after going broody. This will be the third time she has been a mumma because she only ever lays a dozen eggs then decides its brooding time.

And this is Custard's half serama half Pekin Bantam daughter, Noodle. She is only slightly bigger than her mum (Custard weighs 350g and Noodle weighs just over 400g) but has the fluffiness of her Pekin dad. She also has the short legged serama gene. This has resulted in her being the most adorable teeny weeny stubby legged fluffy butt.

Also this is Noodle when she was the cutest golden baby ever. She was not sitting in this pic. Those are her whole legs :

Thanks! What I love about my serama hen is even though she is the smallest in my flock of 6 hens and one roo, she is actually second from top hen in the pecking order. She can be a fiesty little thing!

Nawwww so beautiful.
I've a Serama bantam hen, shes 2 years old!
Sadly she hach d 13 chicks and they all Died of Mareks disease.
