Serama breeding?

I was wondering if anyone knows what can breed with what feather wize? Can i breed a frizzle hen with a normal feathered rooster or a silkie feathered rooster? I heard somewhere if you breed them with anything thats not frizzle you get a weird in between thats not good. Can anyone explain like feather genetics for seramas so I know what to breed with what? Thanks

I don't know all the genetics but I have smooth feathered hens and a frizzle roo.
It's almost 50/50 smooth vs. frizzled on the offspring. No weird in between.
I always thought that frizzle x frizzle is where you could run into problems.
