Serama chick with balance issues

My three week old Serama chick has had balance problems since hatch. Got somewhat better but not progressing. Eats and drinks but is weaker and not growing proportionately. Siblings are fine.
Initially fed MannaPro medicated starter and now Purina medicated starter ground up. Fresh water several times per day. Heat 95 at one end of brooder. Six chicks in 10 gallon tank.
I have on hand Nutridrench, pedialyte, Rooster Booster B12, durvet probiotics for poultry, durvet, vitamins and electrolytes for poultry.
I can go to Tractor Supply if I need something else. Need to know specifics. What, what dose, how often, administered orally, in water, etc.

Give her vitamin B supplement every day, and also give her a hard boiled egg yolk every day. I would add electrolytes to her water for a few days.

If you use the kind you add to the water, the dose is on the container. It all depends on the concentration.
When I gave my little chick Poly-Vi-Sol baby vitamins (the kind without iron), I put one or two drops in her beak every day.
