Serama egg laying

I've got 3 Seramas....1 roo.....2 hens all about 4 months old and living together in harmony. When might one expect eggs to start please? Or even fertilize eggs? I understand they mature faster than some breeds might.

It's hot here in S. NYC area.....so I know it won't likely be for a bit. But was wondering when they might get the ball rolling.

I have had some as early as four months, but at 5 months nearly all were laying (fertilized) eggs. I had some Feb hens hatch chicks!
