serama egg starting to pip help

We have a serama egg that started pipping around 4:30 this afternoon it is now 9:30 with little progress should we help or are we just nervous beginners?

woke this morning to a little progress. chick now has a small hole, but nothing else. We have noticed that she's still trying. I feel useless, but i'm doing what i should making sure that humidity and temp are just right.

around 4pm i wasn't seeing any progress so my daughter and I very gently removed a couple very small pieces of shell and membrane to make sure the chic was getting air. What a difference, now she's moving peeping and trying to get out. I can't wait this is so eggciting.
