serama hen,Can't hold head up,very lathargik

Hello,we have a serama hen that was fine a hour ago,and then started to lower head and turned.We are in Pa.and it is in the 90s and humid.All the rest of the flock seems good.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

What age is she? Are you sure she is not eggbound? Have you checked for lice/mites? Has she been wormed?

She is one year old,she layed an egg today,we checked for lice and mites and she does not have any and as far as we know she has been wormed.We have her laying in a shoe box under a lamp.She just lays there, eyes closed,normal breathing and seems to have alot of eye movement despite having her eyes closed.Also when you pick her up her head goes limp to the side.
