Although the No-Crow collar has apparently worked for some owners, I did not have good luck with it. My Welsummer rooster freaked out about it at first, and within an hour, he would have it off. I didn't have any idea how he was able to undo the collar, so the third time, I watched from inside the house to see what would happen. It turned out that his favorite hen, who has preened him since they were little chicks together, was helping pull at the collar to get it off. I don't think I'll ever call those chickens "birdbrain" in a derogatory way ever again! LOL
