Serama rooster

I have a little serama cockerel and am wondering at what age they generally start developing saddle feathers and long neck/tail feathers? And when they stop peeping

Have fun with your little Serama Rooster( 4/5 months old). I have a Serama Rooster too with my 2 Astrolorps (7 months old ), 2 Minorcas (adopted 16 months old) and 4 Buff Orpingtons ( 2.5 months old). He started crowing around 2.5 months old and as for the saddle feathers I’m not sure.
