Serama type.... does it change with age?

If you all remember the post I made two weeks ago, I have 5 Serama chicks in the brooder. So far one looks like a roo, and the other four look like pullets. I know that the Serama type is supposed to be upright, and the wings nearly vertical. However as chicks, these 4 week olds dont have very vertical wings. In fact their wings are about double the size of their little bodies.

My question is will the wings end up being vertical when they grow into them?

Yes, they sort of grow into their bodies, but you should already be seeing the upright tails. The wings should eventually be nearly vertical by the time they are 4 mos or so.
