Serious Down-sizing- NJ

Hey!

I'm glad you like them and equally happy they have a great home. Sorry I could not meet you in person, but my husband said you were very nice. I do have BLRW the home I had for them fell through. Still not positive of the males and females but I have my ideas on a couple. You are welcome to some. Let me know. Take care and send pics!

Yeah, I was sorry I could not meet you either! Do you think you will be going to the Chickenstock in Red Bank this summer? Perhaps I will meet you there! Your husband was very nice as well and your son was a cutey! LOL, he told me all about how he was fixing the lawn mower and about the chickens I was taking home!

I will get pictures tomorrow. The buff and the rir got along fine right away. The cochin I had to separate at first because she kept trying to fight with the others! I've been letting her get to know the others slowly, with supervision and she seems to be doing fine. I think they are happy to be here as a group. She was actually sitting on a group of eggs when I went back down to the barn to check on them! I wonder if she may be going broody. I haven't had a broody in forever!

I will let you know about the Wyandottes! I'll see how much money I make in the next couple of weeks and if I have extra I will let you know!

Hey Lauren,

Always remember to quarrentine. I know my birds are healthy but. It is a good idea to separate for a week or two. I learned that the hard way a couple years ago. Just a suggestion. Take care. i'm glad they are doing well.
