I have a public school graduated DS who is in college, a public school high school senior, and I'm homeschooling two of my other children - one middle school aged and one elementary school aged. That is what we've determined is best for our family at this time. IMO the OP has made the best decision for HER child since she knows HER daughter better than anyone at that school.
