Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

We all will come to know,I look Pure bred chickens,I can do without,but still....
I have 1 hen who was suppose to be a Australorp.
She has molted and I guess,decided to grow 1 white feather,including a dominique feather.Either that,or i'm thinking,the guy who gave her to us,had a rooster,that accidently got in the pen.
Really makes me mad!What could she be mixed with?Not only this,the recent birds that I guess are suppose to be Barred Rocks,are have golden on them,although this is nothing new,were like this from pullets.
Any idea BYC friends?
