I set 7/2 Black copper marans, splash marans, black, cucko, jubilee,lemon cuckoo, choc, red orpingtons and la breese.

I am new to all this so I can't tell anything about the eggs this soon. Candled to see if I could but I have more to learn. Love this site it has taught me alot. I received my 2nd incubator, egg turner, and 6 Lavender Orpingtons today. I am seriously addicted. LOL

Hahahahaha, If you need to know anything. This is my 3rd batch of eggs to incubate. You usually cant tell anything when you candle until day 4-5.

Oh Oh oh! I was wondering if anyone set this day! I have 2 broody's, and put eggs under them the 2nd. 10 eggs,
1 blue egg
1 white egg
3 bantams (or guineas?)
4 light brown
1 brown

Oh, and mine are all mixes! Thelady we got the eggs from has a bunch of different hens, with a bunch of different roosters.
But for the bantams...(?) I saw a bunch of silkies and a frizzle. PLEASE LET ME GET A FRIZZLE!!!!

Hope all of you watch the himidity level , i hatch 2 / week and i learn the lot ,high humidity chicks grow so fast and when the hatch time come,not able to broke the egg shel because they cant move and they die in the eggs.
