They are in and ready to go I have a hovabator still air, I have read the temp should be between 99.5 and 101.5 at the top of the eggs. Which information is correct?

They both are - Anywhere between there. With still air incubators, you can get cold and hot pockets, so it is actually best that wherever you put the eggs in there, you should have the thermometer right on top of them, and I would suggest it read at 100 degrees, that way if it moves, it isn't over or under the desired temp.
