hahaha I can see that you are very excited! I am so excited that I had really weird dreams last night about the chicks hatching after only one day and when they hatched they weren't actually chicks, they were baby mice. Very cute but not what was supposed to hatch! lol.

haha i had a dream last night about justin bieber and i were married!!! lol i love that boy!!!!!!! lol and i know most people dont but i love him lol!!!!

I also dreamed that the ones that hatched and did actually look like chickens immediately laid itty bitty tiny eggs that were so fragile when I picked them up they exploded and pretty much looked like chicken poo.

My daughter said she had a dream that one of the chicks hatched looking just like our mille fleur duccle roo, and started crowing (he is our most avid crower) annoys her greatly

poor little guy!

ok.... i have a question you guys!

we (meaning I) just candled the 6 eggs for the first time today. i saw what looked like black spots in all of them! 2 from what i could see moved freely when i turned them! the othe 4 were bigger and more darker! what should i expect to see when candling them if they are fertile?! also i was looking at the biggest black spot of them all when all of a sudden i heard "peep peep churp churp!" so i held me breath (because i have athsama and thought i was weezing lol) and put the egg up to my ear! i heard it again. i was in a dark bathroom where there was no sounds! is that posible to hear cherping?! thanx!

oh i also took some pictures of rose (my broody) this morning before homeschool started. i am making a "time line" basically for you guys so you can see the whole thing!

This is so eggs-citing! I just got 10 copper marans eggs today and they look fake.......they are so chocately. Waiting for rumpless, tufted Aracaunas on Wed and I'll be ready to go! So much fun.......my first time. Good luck everyone!
