What are you going to hatch?

I can't imagen having an incubator and not hatching anything in it for 10yrs. I've only been hatch 10yrs

Logically, everything should be fine.

Let the eggs set at room temp. for 24 hours. This way you are not putting them straight into the bator, giving them a heat wave and killing the embryo.

MJ, my bandaid job did the trick. The little one is doing much better. The yolk has absorbed, and it is looking just like a scabbed over place now, just a little bit bigger than the others, but not much. So happy, I've really been wanting the Barnevelder.

Are you the one that said they left the lid to the bator open a bit today? Here's hoping that all goes well...probably will be fine. When some have pipped, they need the extra air any way, so pretend..that leaving it open, was "just" the right size of air intake needed.

I read on here to let the shipped eggs settle for a bit. Go to search and look up shipped eggs and see if you can find that thread.

Much luck on your hatch!

it's smart to get them from different sellers. as far as you know, are all eggs arriving the same day?

i let mine rest for at least twelve hours and not much longer than twenty-four.

good luck with your hatch.
