still two gently wiggling eggs in the bator..... it's hatch day. Let's see if they'll show some progress today. I also checked under my broody and there isn't any progress there either.

Morning guys, just wanted to check in!

I haven't gotten to read what's going on with everyone so will do when I get a chance and get back to you with an update on my end and some baby pictures. I have 3 that are presently 'iffy', so I am nurse-maiding them and hoping all will well, other than that, there is currently 15 other healthy little babes!

Have to get the kids off to school and my chores done and once I get organized will talk to you soon!

What a couple of days, here are a few pictures!

One on the left is my evil brat that picks on everyone and causes all the trouble, there is always one of those...she was hatched second and is that Red Sussex/Blue Cochin X I was talking about earlier...another one hatched and it is grey right now. Then there is a Red Sussex X, a Light Sussex/Blue Cochin X and that would be #1's butt, my Red Sussex/Ameraucana X.

A few others...

A Silver/Grey Dorking and an Old English Game.

I have 2 that are not doing so well, one crippled and the other is just crusty and not thriving so not sure if they are gonna make it but I'm mothering them and trying to figure out what to do.

I think I'm done, I'd be shocked if anymore arrived so I ended up:

-5 Dorkings
-2 Old English Game ( I really didn't do good with these eggs)
-8 Red Sussex X
-3 Light Sussex X

I'm definitley doing an eggtaupsy to see where all I screwed up, too much heat for sure, that would be why the majority hatched on Day 20, and too much humidity during lockdown I'm predicting....

So how is everyone else making out today?

I forgot that I set the eggs in the afternoon. So with my luck, they will hatch overnight or sometime tomorrow(?). Who knows.

Penelope, Primrose Mum and Dad all out scratching around for oats...
