Setting eggs again, question on what end and air end

So I went and eggs shipped, 20 in total and short story only 3 hatched. I am trying one more time, have 15 buff orps. I have a borrowed Brinesea 20. I had originally just laid them on their sides, I know put them in pointy side down, right? Also I candled and should the air sac be in any place top or bottom. I have two on the bottom and some I cant tell. I have let them rest, got them on Friday, pointy side down.

Air sack should be in the big end.

The reason it is pointy side down is because the air cell should be on the big end. I hand turn my eggs, so they are always lying on their side.

Should I flip it? Some of the eggs I couldnt see the air cell, and some of the eggs are completely round, so I guessed which way up????

Hmm. when we candled the air sacs weren't always on the big end. What to do? Place them so air sac up top regardless ? Will the air sac move if placed back big side up?
That sounds like a stupid question.. i wouldn't think an air sac can move. Does it?
