No unfortunatly they all died at what looked like to be around day 5 or 6 by embryo size. I think when I went to town one day and came home 5 hrs later with the temp at 104 that it killed them. But these guys this time around are striving!

How is everyone's hatch going? I am down to 9 eggs after my 7 day candling. The 6 shipped eggs were all clear. So I crack each one open, and yep nothing.

I have a few that are questionable, my torch isn't the best, so I'll check them again in a few days. Sheew, I feel better knowing some are developing though Hope everyone else is getting along ok?

I just did a 2nd candling and all are looking good will check again in a week to see this weeks new eggs I put in the bator...

Woo that is some good news howfunkyisyourchicken and same to you olytmer! I have 6 days left till hatch day on my first batch, Jan 18th is lock down!!! Do you guys think my other 2 batches will be alright during lock down with them being around a week apart? Each batch is 3 days apart from the others hatch dates! Ugh, imma be worried now!

i already forgot what day im on i got so busy withone of my young birds he is my only bloodline from my pretty ee that died so i want him to be okay ... he was sick but we found out he was the only one that had mites idk why just him maybe they go after weaker or smaller birds idk but we used wood ash that will help with mites and hes already a lot better eating so he will be fine .. and my lil momma is doing good i think she is around day 9-10 one of those ones i hope they are all growing because i am not gonna candle them its just gonna be a surprise for me i just hope they all hatch

thanks .. and i can't wait ... this is my 2 hatch ever so i always get happy lol
