Setting eggs for daytime hatches?

I was asked this and never thought about it:

Is it possible to set eggs with the goal of most of them hatching during day time vs night time?

I'n no expert in this but I have set all my eggs at night, 9pm to 12 am

and I have them hatch during the night till 12 pm then

I take them out of the incubator around 3 pm after they dry, I've had some late hatches but I think is due to the fact that some eggs sit around longer until i'm ready to set them all
