I'm setting 25 Naked Neck Frizzled Green Eggers from DipsyDoodleDoo this evening as well, so I'm in! Hatching with the moon phase.

My eggs I set today are from DipsyDoodleDoo too! Cool!

So many eggs from DipsyDoodleDoo!!! What are the chances?

Well today is day 7! I am thinking of not even candling my eggs until I put them in lockdown. I have read stories about people that have had the best hatches with eggs they practically ignored. My first batch I candled constantly and they did not do well. Maybe I will ignore these ones. I wonder if I can stand it? lol I will probably get up in the middle of the night some night and say "I can't stand it!!! I have to candle them!!"

Hi from Ga. I don't candle I don't want to know. I have 114 eggs in the incubator the first 2 due tomorrow one hatched this morning and the second one is cracking now. They are mystery eggs from a friend. The rest are spread out between the 30th and the 6th.

Hi from Ga. To Christie Rhae I don.t hand turn I have a sportsman 1502 it does all that I just take them out when they hatch.

Hi from Ga. You can put a set of antlers on it and hang a string of fish from them and maybe he won't notice it. Say all the little chicks running around are from your broody in the backyard.

Hi Everybody!! I filled a LG (4 dz) the evening of 14th and set the rest (12 dz) the morning of 15th. I candled them all today and my eyeballs ache, hahaha.
I've got Silkie, Cochin, Serama, bantam Naked Neck, and LF Ameraucana, Rock, Jersey Giant, Naked Neck, and duck eggs growing. Good news is there were no clear Am's, 1 clear #1NNF, 1 clear Rock. Sadly, there were quite a few blood rings from 'older' eggs. I had skipped a week setting, so some of these eggs were 2-weeks-old and after they hit 10-days-old here they don't do much.
The group set the 2nd is in the hatcher and should start popping out soon.
Going to set a few more tonight.
