A PIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are two pips now SO EXCITED. I just want 2 little babies to hatch out of the 42 I set. Just 2 and I will be happy. They are so cute I can't stop talking to them.

This guy hatched out when I wasn't looking! Isn't he a little early? I'm on Day 20 today, and he hatched out this morning. 4 of his friends have pipped. I'm a little scared that there is something wrong with him because he hatched so early. He was scrambling around the incubator peeping, but then he just fell asleep like chicks do. His butt is really goopy with yellowy stringy stuff. Hope everything dries up okay, the humidity's a little high (68%). I guess I'll leave him in for the full 2 days and then try to maneuver around the unhatched eggs on Day 22.

Sorry Im just catching up. Day 20 of my 4 LF eggs and no pips at all. I swore I saw a few little rocks going on but....you knkw how our eyes get at hatch time. I sure hope something positive happens bc my almost 2 yr old won 6 NICE breed eggs on fb and is participating with the other winners for an Easter hatch a long. I dong want to kill her Easter peeps!

I stayed up until 3 am to record my first Pipper hatching, and woke up to 4 chicks!!!! Another is half-way unzipped. I'm so happy! Who needs sleep? I have chicks!
