Came home from church to find the last barnyard mix had hatched. Have 4 Silkies left to go, then the Swedes go to lockdown later in the week.

So far 5 Olive Eggers and one Speckled Sussex. The SS came out very sticky, I had to wash it. It seems to be doing much better now =)

I have 41 hatched out, waiting on 16 to go. Not sure all will hatch as candled at 10 days, and usually candle again at lockdown, but some of my eggs started hatching early. They are all doing very well.

Good luck with lockdown, I went on lockdown today, so far 2 died, one came out of the shell and died right after, the other one I took out and died in the box, I didn't know I had to let them inside until they are all hatched.

Now is day 19, three dead and 7 alive out of 42 chicken eggs, let's see what will happens next...

3 SFH are in the hatcher alive and kicking, drying off, with hopefully 10 more to come. I set 14 but one was dead at 18 days. I think those 4 Silkies died in the last 48 hours Nothing from them, and I even picked them up and listened and don't hear anything
