Setting Eggs On March 7, anyone else??

jenjeran: Me too I have ducks hatching clear into 3rd week in April. They keep laying and I keep collecting and adding every week. I can't help myself. LOL I am just hoping the 8 out of 14 cochins left all hatch. I only have 2 hens that I hatched last year and love, love, love them they are so friendly. Good Luck to you and your hatches.

I have close to 100 eggs in two hovabators, when I get to lockdown on this first set I will have to use one for a hatcher so there will be 60+ in one incubator for few days. Might have some duds I can toss from the eggs I set few days. I'm saving from my own birds to add more eggs next week.

I had a small batch set on the 3rd of march. So far out of 8 eggs three are out, two are pipping, and waiting on the last three. In three days time I will post updates of the batch of 30 in lock down

My 3/7 batch is in the hatcher, and two of the Ameraucana bantam eggs had chicks a-leaping in them! (The other two still look good, just not as active.) I'm hoping for a roo, believe it or not. A pullet would be a bonus!
