Day 20... I know 1 more day! But I'm sooo anxious! And reading all of the other posts about chirps and pips before day 21 is making me question everything now! Ahhh patience... not one of my virtues!

I'm telling you the last 3 days are terrible. It never gets any better either no matter how many hatches you do. You are second guessing yourself constantly. Once that first pip happens your nose is constantly pressed to the glass. I thought for sure when I woke up this morning I would have a few chicks and nothing. Some have made their pips bigger and the others are the same. I put my ereader on top of the incubator playing all sorts of chicks chirping from Youtube videos. Hopefully it will tell the little buggers to come out of their shells.

Oh I'm SOOO jealous!!!! I haven't heard a thing from any of mine and no pips... staring through this window is making me crazy!!! hahahaha

Well I glad I'm not the only one playing sounds for my eggs!!! I go to youtube and play videos of chicks, off of my phone. I even make sure the speaker is going right into one of the holes. Then I stop it and lay my head on the glass and listen. Oh my... how I would never tell other people about all this

Yeah i think so. Ill get a band tomorrow and band this one lol. I shall call it D Lucky. First bird I have ever named something other then stupid chicken. lolol

Day 21 you may wake up to a pip.Also when mine started day 20 it was usually afternoon or evening Id get a pip.Keep looking!!!Good luck on a large successful hatch!

HOLY FREAKIN HECK! (in reality insert long sting of obscenities here) I got a pip!  nothing from the other yet (had a smashed in spot i let seal itself so who knows) BUT holy crap one survived my kids this far. GO CHICKY GO! lol

Well I just checked on the little bugger. All is well. Hasnt hatched yet but shes zippin her shell now. Seems she rested while I did. LOL
