Brook congrats on the new babies ..Hope you get all to hatch. OH....Lavender... my favorite color in chickens I wish i would have seen the post about not turing for 6 day was it? I already did both mine. Its day 7 tomorrow on my PB's I cant WAIT to look. By the way they are reallly light almost white eggs. !Might see something moving for a change I hope.... first time ever.

Roxanne it's what has worked for me. I can't say that it will work for everyone. White eggs are the best for candling you get to see so much more!!!

Well I finally have 2 chicks- a white and lavender have hatched!!! I'll post pictures as soon as they are dried up a bit.

AWWW!! It's so cute and fluffy..both of them..I might have to consider them too..still haven't decided on a bantam to raise yet....just so darn cute..congrats

Yeah!!!...mine are just moving a bit..noting major yet

The 2 that were zipping have now hatched. I am thinking the B/S egg is a blue. Dark feathers with lighter colored tips on the ends of it wings.
