We lost our whole flock to a coyote early this week and I got the nod of approval to get eggs to replace them... well... as usual I went overboard and have a TON of eggs coming!

I haven't hatched chicks in about a year, so I feel like I'm starting over
. My MIL has a Salmon Faverolle who is ALL personality, so I'm so excited... these are all from pure-bred pens, as are all the eggs I invested in. We'll see what I get. We won't be keeping everything, but our favorite mom and pop feed store has promised to do consignment for us
