I had the bator all scrubbed, clean, packed and in the attic just a week ago when I told my husband that I missed hatching, he said, "Do it again"...I'm like, "wha...? Really?? But will we have room for more peeps?" Seems he wants some heritage breeds, so I looked on Ebay and found some Delaware eggs, from get this, "Delaware". Saaweeet!! $3.99 plus shipping!! Took two days in transit to NH and they are in the bator as I write this....15 perfect looking eggs....so who else is with me??? Come on...it's a gorgeous day!! Perfect for setting some eggs!!

Showgirls...sweet! We'll have to cheer each other on as the time drags on....

My bator is almost filled with a staggered hatch from my own flock. Put the last few eggs in last night - the first few went in on the 16th. Still trying for some fertile eggs from my EE. The rest are ones I will sell as day olds on craigslist to pay for feed.

I have my 'bator set up and stabilizing now, so I'll be putting eggs in tomorrow.

I have 12 EE (received today from a BYC'er - thanks Shannon!) and 12 ?? (bought for $1.50 yesterday from a lady selling brown eating eggs - she said she has RSL and RR, so we'll see what I end up with)!
