setting eggs tonight!! anyone else?

I don't think I'm going to use that method. I've read a couple people it went badly for. I don't think I could handle that.

I just looked at a diagram and it looks like his cloaca, large intestine and maybe liver... I hope my dad gets home soon. He's really uncomfortable.

Well, the bator seems to have stalled out of hatchers. I've got 15 peepers. I've got a couple pips but I'm not to hopeful after all the action today. I'll of course leave them & cross my fingers.

On the bright side another, healthy looking chick just hatched.

The deformed one is sleeping in my arms. I don't know that he'll make it until my dad gets home.

I was having my husband do it but it upset him as much as me and it wasn't fair to him.

Well at noon today I hit day 21 hatch day. So far no peeps pips or chicks. Most of the eggs were shipped and are so dark that you cant see a thing, so I am with hhowden on this one...not feeling very hopeful but it is still early in the process.

Yay for the 15! I hope you get more!

He's still alive, but barely. We have 23 so far not counting him. That's an awesome hatch rate, I'm told.
