Setting eggs week of 10/1

Nathanya, not seeing where there's any requests for anything. I've been able to access the site with my phone, and others have told me that they have seen the chicks on their computer, don't know what's wrong.

One of my chicks peeped yesturday Mormon and started to break through shell it has still not hatched yet and has not come out of shell. Should I be worried that it is stuck for some reason?

webcam is down for now. Kept getting error messages all day and night so I'm going to give it a rest. No more chicks have hatched so I'm going to take the rest from the bator and break them open

Ok sounds good. So how many of your chicks ended up hatching?

11 hatched out over a 3 day period, found 2 dead in the brooder this morning. right now there's 9

Ok we'll atleast you have 9 that is a pretty good amount.

Today I noticed my chick that pipped two days ago was still moving but had not made it out of the egg yet. I took the ff out and helped the chick out and it was still alive and peeping but it was definately stuck . I put it back into incubator to finish drying out I hope that it survives.

Very cute pic, what kind is that?

We have been getting ready for the storm so I havent been on much. Concerned about my eggs n soon to be chicks if we loose power! Today is day 20 for my first batch, day 14 for my second batch. I hear chirping!! How long from when they start chirping till when they begin to hatch?? So very excited!!
