setting my maran eggs on april.12 i need some hatching buddies!

These maran eggs are almost impossible to candle! 100% fertility with my eight eggs I set in there though!

OK, so it looks like 11/13 of the maran eggs are fertile and all eight of mine are also. This is going to be so much fun!!

I set some Rosecomb Bantam eggs and some Australorps, plus some barnyard mixes, around April 12. I'll be having chick fever about the same time you are! Glad that your eggs are developing nicely!

i think only 2 of my marans are fertile i dont see in them cause their real dark but the other ones i think i can see threw them so they was mailed eggs! but in morning im going to buy a dozen bearded silkies eggs for $15 and im driving to get them so they wont be messed up and maybe i will get higher hatch rate

Today is day 8 for my 42 eggs. Candling tonight, can't wait to see what we've got working in there! My auto turner gave out the first day and I've been shifting the entire incubator back and forth to simulate turning, but I've got a replacement turner that came in today and I'm going to get that in there while I candle.
