Setting new eggs! They're hatching!! And I needa little help...

Im putting a dozen eggs from my chickens in the incubator today.

Setting 25+ in a couple of hours after my incubator has a chance to dry after cleaning!

Leave it to the girls to out do me, I set 24, she sets 25. Hmm, I need to visit that rooster and have a man to man talk with him.

Yep, we girls do okay.

But we shall see who gets the better hatch in the end -- a few of the eggs I'm setting are just over two weeks old. I was collecting them all to set at the same time, but wound up having to be out of town for a couple of days and couldn't set them as soon as I would have wanted. I don't know, only time will tell.

I feel so inadquate. I'm setting 24 in by bater that holds 288, so much empty space.....

Good luck with those 2 week old eggs, never had much luck with anything over about 10. Lets keep this thread alive and keep each other posted as to how our hatches are going.

Yeah, I'm not so sure some of mine are going to hatch since they are pretty old, but I'll still have quite a few that should be good, we shall see.
