I might have to look into getting that breed in the spring.​

She is one of the only two I kept from my original hatchery chicks when I first start chickens for eggs, she is a spitzenhauben and lays the most perfect eggs at least 5 times a egg. She has 4 of the 5 eggs started with I think the last one is trying to hatch because she is still locked tight except now she will eat and drink. Shhhhh....listen I hear another baby hatching

Yay another one! She is very pretty. What kind of eggs does she lay? Banty/standard? White/brown? My mother would prefer white standard eggs but I actually have her breed on my want list (strictly for looks at this point) but I don't know much about them.
I'm so glad she was able to hatch all 5 babies

Well my 3 are doing good. I'm afraid they may have bumped all the other eggs a little too much though so I took the babies out really fast in hopes that my other eggs still have a chance. A bunch of them have superficial cracks.... What does that mean? They aren't deep and just look like tiny lines but they weren't there before the babies hatched.
