Hopefully I'll go get them Saturday, though we may be getting ice- in that case it will be Sunday. My dad offered to go during the week for me, but I really want to see them and pick out the ones I want based on their personality and how healthy they look.

I'm not real superstitious, but I have a feeling this rooster is your good luck charm for 2018. He is still around for a reason.
Having a flock will make you feel better too! Thank gosh its easy to integrate a rooster to hens than start a whole new hen flock from chicks! You'll get eggs too!
