Sweet of you to give these girls the care they needed! The feet aren't terrible, but those two bumbles look painful and need attention. YouTube videos always make it easy

.
Can you order this epsom salt poultice from Amazon? It can draw infection out and I have had success with it.

If so, I would slather both bumbles with that, cover that with gauze, then use 1 inch vet wrap to wrap the foot and keep the bandage in place. Reapply and change the bandage in the morning and before bed. As long as the run isn't wet and she's not going swimming, you can leave her with the group.
Alternately, you can do epsom salt soaks, apply triple antibiotic ointment (not the kind with pain reliever), and wrap.
Once things have scabbed over (usually takes 24-48 hours) I usually let my girls swim in clean fresh water, then re-apply ointments and bandages.
It's all a process and can take a couple weeks to see improvement. It's good to check feet regularly. If you see tiny scabs start i just give them a little brush with iodine on a toothbrush and let that dry - 2x a day, until they heal over.
Bless you for helping these girls. I'm sure they will recover!
