Severe Calcium deficiency?

Hi, I have a serious soft egg problem, 5 hens at least 3 are laying soft eggs. How do I administer the calcium you recommend?

I have to admit that I had a rough summer and there were times when they didn't have any broken baked shells to eat, which they don't love either. I crush them and try to hide them in their feed but the pick around them. And so the soft egg problem ebbs and flows and I am not sure who else is affected.

I am looking here cause now I have a hen who I noticed today has a prolapsed vent OMG, I am afraid I can't giver her the care she is going to need to recover and no vet to look after her. I may have to cull this one My concern shifts to the other hens and if you have advise on what exactly and how to administer I would be grateful. TIA.
