Severe flystrike please help!

I'm very sorry about your poor hen. I've only dealt with fatal flystrike once, but your thread is a reminder to everyone to be vigilant and check poultry butts daily for any signs of poop stuck to feathers. In hot summer temps, fly larva can invade the abdominal cavity within 24 hours of the fly eggs being laid. Some have tried ivermectin as a last-ditch effort to kill internal fly larva systemically, but I would never try that myself, since larva that have invaded the abdominal cavity are literally eating internal organs alive, causing excruciating pain.

Usually I have a daily check but I am out of town for a few and had family watching them that's why this happened

Is there anything I could possibly do? I'm willing to do anything

It can happen to anybody, even with daily checks. I don't think there is anything you can do to save her if the larva have invaded her abdominal cavity, but will tag @coach723 ,who along with those already tagged, will also will be able to advise if there is any hope for your hen. If you havent euthanized her yet, continue to flush the wound with saline solution and remove every single maggot you can.
