Today, two of my chickens got into a serious fight. It happened really quickly and now one is unable to stand. She is very weak. Her head is still responsive. I have her inside in a towel. I made sure she got hydrated with a saline drip, but I'm not sure what else I can do to help her. Her wound have been cleaned.
The injured bird had multiple peck woulds on her face. Her eyes are unharmed. She has been indoors with me for about an hour and falls asleep a lot. She doesn't seem to be getting worse, but she also doesn't seem a whole lot better.

Sounds like you are doing everything right. Let her rest, keep the wounds clean, make sure she is hydrated (getting electrolytes and vitamins). You might want to try giving her antibiotics, to prevent infection.

I hope she gets better soon!

Thank you very much! You have no idea how reassuring it is to have a response. This is my first experience with chicken trauma, so I was panicking a lot. Do chickens general recover from these kinds of attacks? Also is antimicrobial spray okay to use on her wounds?

When I give her water, she pukes it up. Whether it be through an iv or in a bowl. She's more responsive now than earlier but is puking. No blood in the puke, just a little goopy.

She could possibly have internal injuries. Antibiotics might help with this.
Is her crop swollen or does it smell bad?
