Severely swollen sinus

Help please my rooster has a severely swollen sinus! Took him to the vet with the sinus issue and prolapse vent and he was initially on sulfadimidine which cured the vent but did nothing for his sinus. Now he is on ganadexil enroflsxcino and it seems to have gotten worse. He can barely open his eye now. . . .should I do anything to help flush it?

Update: managed to get through to the vet and he visited him and prescribed a different antibiotic that targets respiratory tract
