Hello, I woke up this morning to the news that two of my roosters were attacked by an animal in the night. Luckily they both survived; however, both of them are injured. I believe one has a dislocated leg and the other has a severly broken wing. I read that broken wings can be mended by binding the wing to the body but this is a very bad break. The wing is bloodied and cut and the broken bone is protruding out of the skin. I need to know if this is still something that can be fixed because of how bad the break is. I have a great fondness for this rooster and it would break my heart to have to put him down but I don't want to prolong his suffering if there is no chance if him recovering. So is it possible to heal such a bad break? If so do you have any advice on the best way to go about it?

:welcome sorry for the circumstances. The bone protruding through the skin is of concern to me. Any chance of amputating the wing or having it amputated.
I dont have the ability to bring him to the vet to have it amputated and I dont think I can stomach doing it my self so It is unlikely that the wing can be amputated.

my quail also broke her wing, it's just as bad but there's no broken bone and the bone is protruding out.
