At 4 months old the cockerels will be easy to pick out. Post a few pics.
Well, I would, but I'm not sure it would help me much. I don't have any of them banded, so I don't know who is who. I knew I should have done that when they were little. Or I suppose I could do it now... that might be fun... lol

Hmm, yes, that would be an option, but I don't have anyone banded. I need to do that first... I wish I had another place to put them, once I figure out who is who..
 
Welcome to BYC! How old is the bird? If it's mature it's a pullet, but I think I can see saddle and wing bow feathers developing, so at this point I'd guess that's an immature cockerel.
Those methods are generally considered wives tales' and have been disproven many times. I'd be inclined to think they either ordered pullets or you coincidentally happened to get pullets.
 
Here are some more pics of my BO's. They were hatched on either 3/11 or 4/9. I adore them, and really want them to be hens.
