sex link Chicks?

Tribbles (hen) mother was a Silkie, dad was a Serama. She was mated with a OEG bantam rooster. She has hatched out 8 chicks. Half with 4 toes, half with five toes. Half have black skin and half white. Here is the kicker half the black skinned have 5 toes and half the white skinned have 5 toes... Any chance I have sex links..?

Go to the "sex linked information" thread, and see if there is any thing there that will help you in your knowledge quest. I don't immediately recall that toe color can be sex linked. Possibly skin color, but... IDK. Tribbles looks like her feather coloring might result in sex linked chicks. The deciding issue is: What color is your Serama? And what colors are buried in the genetics of either parent?
