Yep! My Brothers and I voted on a lot of Names for him(Aaron Bird, Sir) , but we all agreed Boat-snack was perfect.

Maybe that's the problem. During yesterday afternoon's check, my Sebright pooped on my jeans. Just to really solidify that displeasure, I suppose.

I'm able to magically produce ripe raspberries out of thin air* but today I chose not to**

*I sometimes pick a few raspberries that are hidden behind leaves or higher than they can jump for, and feed them to the chickens.
**There were no ripe ones to be picked because they've eaten them all.

They're mad because they saw me watching them
They ventured way outside of their normal free-range area (young flock, not adventurous)
My presence ruined their fun

However, I think they'll venture out more as they get used to things. And it's cooling down, so they don't feel like hiding in the barn to escape the heat.

So early this morning my 2 out of 3 of my hens that I treated hate me to no end.

I individually gave 1 hen worm medication, she was so objecting to it. Her head turned around and looked straight into my face, ..I think if she could call RSPCA, she would!

Just one hen out of 3 really love me, she leaned her head on my shoulder while I cleaned her bum bum, something is wrong with her, she pooped something looked like egg york, but cloudy colour and her vent is small she is not yet return to egg laying according to her vent.

She appreciated me cleaning her bum bum, she stayed quietly and would not want to let go once I was done. Sweet girl. ...why can't all my chickens be like this sweet girl??

All I have ever done is love her, clean her coop every morning, put in new bedding every night, clean her run every day, and making sure her nestbox always have fresh herds and materials....have I not done enough? Might be she is just a slave driver, self entitled,

I put fresh water out for everyone, then used the last bit in the watering can to rinse off the fresh cecal poo one of them had somehow managed to land halfway up the bit of rigid plastic that's propped at about a 45 degree angle outside one of their little day shelters to keep the rain out.

Within seconds there was a stampede as the fastest ones tried to drink the tasty poop soup before it soaked into the ground, while the slower and smaller birds hung around the edges and made desperate we're-dying-of-dehydration noises at me.
