You are correct, RIR over W Leghorn = Red Sexlinks
RIR over EE's = Mixed offspring.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Your chicks will likely not be reliably sex linked. White Leghorn hens are unreliable in producing sex linked chicks as they usually lack the silver factor required to produce Red Sex Links. To be certain you have sex linked chicks you need to either cross your RIR rooster with a silver gene hen such as a Delaware, Rhode Island White, Silver Laced Wyandotte, Light Sussex, etc. which will give you Red Sex Links; or cross your RIR rooster with a barred hen such as a Barred Rock, Dominique, or Cuckoo Marans.
