Ok I re read it and your right. It would have to be my barred hens. And it says that the silver laced wyandotte isn't the best choice cause it might have barring in it. But I'll still give it a try.

Do you know if missing toenails is genetic? My Delaware hen is missing two toenails in her middle toe on both feet. This trait passed down to 25% of her kids. Or it was just a coincidence.
