I know this is a sex link site but there is some very informed people on genetics. So thought I would ask. I read somewhere that a Delaware is a mix between a New Hampshire red and a barred Plymouth Rock. Would it be possible to possible to produce a Delaware with a white Plymouth if the barred gene is present in the WPR? I know the barred gene is present in the roo chicks. The eggs in my second incubator started hatching and I had four of them that resembled the pics of some Delaware chicks.
