Sex Linked Olive Eggers?

Second: Pullet
Third: Cockerel
Fourth: Cockerel at about 2 months I think. I did not keep any of the cocks although I am regretting that decision now.

Wow, thank you, they look very nice. Sorry to bother you more, but do you happen to have any pics of the chicks, or any roos?

I just hatched some - but I used a french blue copper cock over CCL. Here's the best I can due. Staggered hatch so there is a 2 week spread in age (see how not to let a broody hatch thread in incubating forum). All 4 here are female. All have feathered legs and not sure if all will have the copper hackle yet. The roo I used has a lighter color copper and seems to be the same color on the chick showing it. The 2 black chicks are already sold for $15 ea and I will keep the blues to breed back to one of my marans Roos for a darker olive egg layer - that I will not be able to sex at hatch.

I know this wasn't the question but I thought I'd just throw it out there....you can cross breed autosexing chickens and they will produce autosexing chicks as well. so you could also make auto sexing olive eggers with a CCL using something like a Bielefelder, Rhodebar, Welbar....

If you cross CCL with Bielfelder what would the chicks appearance be for example? Would the preferred method be a CCL roo to Bielfelder hens or vice versa? Would F1 then bred to F1 breed true staying both autosexing & lay green eggs?
