Hi! Can you help me determine the sex of these pullets/cockerels? About 5 months old - all colored egg layers - olive egger, cream legbar, Easter eggers and maybe even a maran. I am getting a little nervous because they are all developing pretty bright red combs.

Wow great news! I was starting to think I had 3/4 cockerels! Can you Educate me - So with these breeds a bright red comb at 5 months is ok? I don’t know these breeds very well.
They're all pullets. At 5 months old the gals with bright red combs and wattles should be laying any day now. Watch for the squats! Cockerels would already have obvious saddle, hackle and sickle feathers.

Your birds are getting close to point of lay. No male saddle, hackle or sickle feathers are apparent on any of your birds which cokerels would have at this stage. The birds pictured are all mixes.

My Cream crested legbar was hatched on March 27 and laid her first egg yeterday. Your hen looks nice and red like her. Have you gotten a blue egg yet?
No blue egg yet! I just received my first Olive egger egg yesterday, just not sure which one it came from!! But happy to finally get some color added to our egg basket!
