Sex of Easter egger

I am not convinced that is a male, though of course could be. Agree it is likely a RIR. Can you get a clear close up photo of the face, side view showing comb and any wattle formation?
Also what color are the legs? They look pink in the last photo. RIR normally have yellow legs.

Could be an EE, the pattern is partridge based, which RIRs are not. Easter Eggers can be any color, can lay any color, can have any comb type, & are occasionally beardless.

Comb is yellow. I am going with female. The comb CAN still change in the next week or so. Also in the better lighting, looks more like a production red.
They are a RIR/New Hampshire cross and often have the color yours does as chicks.
